Abstrak : Leadership mentality is an individual ability possessed by a person who leads a group or organization. Leaders who have this kind of mentality will be leaders who are resilient, careful in analyzing situations, careful, careful in making decisions, and able to overcome urgent situations related to their leadership. Organizations are the right place to develop a Leadership Mentality. Therefore, individuals who have a lot of experience in organizations will be better at managing their Leadership Mentality. Researchers used the Jagat 'Arsy Islamic Boarding School as a research site in the Nusaloka BSD Complex, Sector 14-6, Jl. Yapen Jl. Pam No. 21, Rw. Mekar Jaya, District. Serpong, South Tangerang City, Banten 15310.
