Abstrak : This study aims to obtain empirical data about whether there is the influence of scout extracurricular activities on the state defense attitude of SMP Jagat 'Arsy students. This research was conducted by 30 respondents. Based on the results of the research obtained using questionnaires and interview data collection techniques, it was stated that scouting extracurriculars influenced the attitude of defending the state of SMP Jagat 'Arsy students. . This can be seen from the acquisition of the questionnaire score for variable X (Scouting Extracurriculars) with an average of 11.3 and the acquisition of a questionnaire score for variable Y (State Defense) with an average of 13.2. As many as 22 respondents out of 30 respondents had a large questionnaire score for variable X (Scouting Extracurricular) and variable Y (State Defense Attitude) which, when presented, became 73%. This shows that the scout extracurricular has an influence on the attitude of defending the state of SMP Jagat 'Arsy students. Then based on the results of interviews with informants it is known that scouting activities are very beneficial for students and can greatly foster an attitude of defending the country in students because in scouting activities we are trained to always be disciplined in everyday life and are obliged to respect the services of national heroes. it can be concluded that there is an Influence of Scout Extracurriculars on the Attitude of State Defense Santri SMP Jagat 'Arsy.
